After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. However, your order is only accepted once we confirm processing or dispatch. STOCK AVAILABILITY
Items added to your basket are not reserved until your order is fully paid and accepted. Product availability shown on the Website is an estimate and may change at any time. We do not guarantee that items shown as in-stock will be available at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
Some items may be available for pre-order before official release. After placing a pre-order, you will receive an email confirmation and we will reserve the item for you. Once the item is in stock, we will notify you and arrange dispatch. If we are unable to secure the item, you will be informed and refunded to your original payment method.
Pre-order items can only be purchased using approved payment methods such as credit/debit cards or other listed options. Alternative payment methods may not be accepted. Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Approved returns for pre-order items will be refunded in accordance with our return policy.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it is marked as “Processed” in our system. If the order has not been processed, we will either cancel it and issue a full refund or apply requested changes, subject to stock availability and price adjustments. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In this case, you may return the items after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
PAYMENT
All payments must be made at the time of placing your order, except where cash on delivery is available. If you are paying using a card issued in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply exchange rates and additional fees, which are outside our control.

Within Jordan

- Cash on delivery is available within Jordan only (where applicable)
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via DHL Express
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)
- Shipping fee: 20 USD
- Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Eligibility
